Mayor Jennifer Asay
Jennifer Asay has served on the Township Committee since 01/01/22. She has lived in Bernards Township since 2007 with her husband, Derek, their children, and family dogs. All four children are either graduates of Ridge High School or currently attend Bernards Township Public Schools.
Education: Jennifer graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Pharmacy and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a licensed pharmacist.

Professional Career: Ms. Asay is currently and has been employed in the biopharmaceutical industry for over 25 years. She currently leads the global development and US launch of a new drug for a rare disease with no currently approved treatments. Her career consists of increasing leadership roles via cross-functional and multi-therapeutic roles within large and small companies. She has a passion for patients and results.
