Committeeman Andrew J. McNally, Esq.
Andrew McNally has served on the Township Committee since 05/25/21, and served as Bernards Township’s Mayor throughout 2023. He lives with his wife Keri and two children, Hannah and Alexander, in Bernards Township since 2015.
Education: Andrew graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics, and earned a Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from Seton Hall Law School.

Professional Career: Andrew is an attorney and has been a litigator in private practice and a regulatory lawyer. He also served in State Government, including as Senior Deputy Chief Counsel to the Governor of New Jersey and as Chief Counsel to the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, the State’s utility regulator. Presently, Andrew is the Government Affairs Director for a utility company.
