Road Construction and Paving Information for Residents

To all residents of roads scheduled for paving:

Please be aware of the scheduling process for work for all roads projects.

The Contractor first sends a crew to complete concrete work including curb repairs, sidewalk, and driveway replacements. Driveways are then temporarily restored until the Contractor has all driveways ready for final restoration that includes saw cutting the existing driveway and installing new asphalt. The driveway will be restored in a way that provides a smooth transition to the sidewalk.

When this driveway work is scheduled, you will be notified again via Rave.

Then, when the Contractor has completed all concrete, driveway, and drainage work on all the roads for the project; final paving will be scheduled. At this time, the Contractor projects that paving will occur in middle to late October. When this work is confirmed, specific details and instructions will be sent via Rave regarding road closures and access.
