Extended Hours for Golf Membership ID Photos

The Bernards Township Recreation office will be open this evening until 7:00pm to take photos for your Coakley-Russo Memorial Golf Course membership ID card. As a reminder, all members are required to have a membership ID card to gain access to the golf course and you must have a paid membership for us to take your photo and issue your membership ID card. 

Members up to the age of 23 are asked to update their photo every three years and members over 23 years of age are asked to update their photo every five years. You need to turn in your current ID card at the time of update to avoid the $10.00 replacement fee. As a reminder, Lost ID's replaced by February 28 are free of charge with paid membership. 

Photos may be taken at the Bernard's Township Recreation Office located in Town Hall at 1 Collyer Lane, Basking Ridge, NJ during the following hours:

Monday to Friday--8:30am to 4:00pm

Extended Hours:
February 6th--8:30am to 7:00pm
March 20th, 8:30am to 7:00pm
April 24th, 8:30am to 7:00pm

Please Note: The Bernards Township Recreation Office will be Closed on February 20, April 7, May 29, and July 4, 2023 in observance of the Holidays
